Flexo Backup is a personal utility operated by FlexoNotBender. It copies selected committed Git history and source snapshots from the owner’s computer to the owner’s Google Drive.
Daily backups, checked against the original.
The local backup program packages the selected repository checkpoint, checks its integrity, and uses native command-line tools to transfer it to the owner’s configured private backup folders. It checks the stored file and downloads a separate copy to verify the returned bytes.
Git remains the working source of truth. Drive holds recovery artifacts.
Access stays with the owner
Google authorization is used by the owner’s local rclone installation. Its Drive permission can cover the account’s files; the backup program limits its operations to the configured folder. Proton Drive uses a separate sign-in through its official CLI. This website does not receive either authorization or host backups.
